Our Irish operations consist of approximately 50 people from fund administration, investment management, compliance and risk backgrounds.  

About the Role  

We have an exciting opportunity to join an Irish third party Super ManCo (UCITS & AIF). We are currently enjoying a period of significant growth and we wish to add to our Data Management team.  

This role is a great opportunity to build on your current knowledge but to also be involved in the establishment and launching of new funds and building and developing client relationships.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Manage the day-to-day update of key data taken from delegate reports into fund checklists which feed the management company reports.
• Analyse data extracted from delegate reports (administrators, depositaries and investment managers) highlighting queries or escalations with the funds Relationship Managers.
• Mange the creation of the first draft management company reports in line with board dates under the above-mentioned subjects compiling in an executive summary.
• Create and update the checklists/reports for any new funds or sub funds which may have been launched.
• Manage the production of EMT/EPT/EET reports.
• Provide assistance with Central Bank reporting.

Key Competencies Required  

• 1-3 years fund administration experience preferably in fund accounting.
• 3rd level qualification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent report writing and organisational skills.
• Driven and focused, able to work both on their own and contribute effectively to the team.
• Knowledge of the structure and operation of Irish regulated funds.
